Payment Installment Options are available at checkout.  If you need to adjust payment dates or need to adjust the number of installment payments, please contact the DOC after you register or prior to registration; we will work with you to put in place an installment payment plan that fits your family's budget. 

All players must pay an $125 intial commitment fee | non-refundable to reserve their roster spot with the club.

LATE PAYMENTS - any player failing to pay their registration fees shall be assess a $35 late fee if their payment is more than (5) five days past the due date.  If registration fees are more than 30 days late, the player will be removed until payment is received or the player may be subject to involuntary removal from the club.

REFUNDS - Players may decide to leave Surf SC at the end of the seasonal year.  If a player decided to leave Surf SC mid-season refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances.  Surf SC commits a significant up-front cost when rostering teams, player accept their player agreement and financial commitment for the entire seasonal year.  This is not a month-to-month program, regardless whether or not your choose to pay in-full or in installments.  No refunds will be issued once the season starts.  

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF:

• Player leaves before the Team League Registration Date or Request for Consideration Date (RFC Date): 
  • 50% of the total amount due under the pay in full option.  
• Player leaves after the Team League Registration or (RFC Date), but before the first game of the regular season: 
  • 25% of the total amount due under the pay in full option.  

CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF:

• At any time a player suffers a documented season-ending injury. 
  A pro-rated amount of the pay in full fee based on the date of the injury will be calculated and applied for the next seasonal year.  

SA Surf Stone Oak has a financial assistant program for families who demonstrate a financial need.  Financial assistance while not guaranteed, consist of aid for club program fees.  Players are still responsible for player kit, tournament fee and other out-of-pocket cost during the season year.  All financial aid applicants must complete the Financial Aid Application prior to registering for the program.  The Financial Aid fund is used on a first come first serve basis.  Applicants will be prioritized by both need and the order received.  Player granted financial assistance will be provided a promo code to register with when they join our program.
