Registration Information

HOW TO REGISTER - RESERVE A ROSTER SPOT

  1. Click on the Register Now Button
  2. Login (Username Email & Password)
  3. Select the participant from your Household Account
  4. Select the Tournament from the dropdown
  5. Complete Registration
  6. Check-out (Pay in Full or Select Installment Payment Options)
    • $5 due at check-out to confirm players roster spot
  7. IMPORTANT - Make sure you receive a confirmation email after you check-out.  

TOURNAMENT BILLING INFORMATION

  • You can pay in-full or or select (Installment Options) and only pay min of $5 to hold your roster spot
    • If we are unable to roster a registered player refunds will be issued.  
  • Additional Installment Payment Options available during check-out (2-3 Months)
  • Custom Payment Options - After you have complete the registration for a tournament, If you need to customize your tournament billing dates - Please contact our DOC, we will customize a payment plan for you.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS:  Refunds will ONLY be issued all players who are not rostered to play in the tournament.  Players who want to cancel their registration after the tournament team registration deadline will not be granted a refund. Please pay attention to registration deadlines (Player Registration Deadline and Team Registration Deadline).  


CLUB PASS / GUEST PLAYER REGISTRATION

  1. Click on the Register Now Button
  2. Create a Household Account
    • Make sure you put all members of your household in this account - this information is used to make your player profile in our communication system (TeamSnap)
  3. Select the participant from your Household Account
  4. Select the Tournament from the dropdown
  5. Complete Registration
  6. Check-out (Pay in Full or Select Installment Payment Options)
    • $5 due at check-out to confirm players roster spot
  7. IMPORTANT - Make sure you receive a confirmation email after you check-out.
