Prior to the start of the each season it is important BFC holds a parents meeting. The Buffalos FC Board and Coaching Staff will set this meeting and provide a minimum of two (2) weeks to allow for parents to make arrangements to have at least one (1) parent attend. Players are welcome to attend, but not necessary.
Fall Season: August (This is also the BFC Annual Meeting)
Spring Season: End of January or Beginning of Feb
From time to time, there might be a need to update our club parents with some important information during the season; the BFC Board and/or Coaching Staff may hold a webinar to inform parents.
Team Meetings can be held during a practice or game to inform parents; typically this is done by the team manager and/or coach.
