Training (Flexible Training Schedule)
Academy players will be assigned a training schedule, typically Mon-Wed or Tue-Thur.  All Academy players are allowed to train anyday of the week.  If a player misses a training session, they can train on a different day.  If a players wants to train extra, not a problem - all academy players can train as much as they like!  BFC Academy program is designed to be as flexible as possible for our members.

• Academy 7v7 Boys - Monday & Wednesday
• Academy 7v7 Girls - Tuesday & Thursday
• Academy 4v4 Boys & Girls - Tuesday & Wednesday

League Play
League games are held on a Saturday(s) and Sunday(s); games will be home and away with limited travel in the San Antonio Metro Area.  Standings are not kept for league play.  

Players are able to play on multiple teams and play in a maximum of (2) two games per day.  We register our players in multiple leagues and schedule friendlies during the season to maximize the number of games for our players; a typical season game count for an Academy 7v7 player is between 10-20 games per season.  Parents can accept or decline game invites to be flexible with personal schedules or sibling conflicts.   

Tournaments
Tournaments are optional, and are an out-of-pocket expense.  Tournaments are typically held at the beginning and the end of each season.  Tournaments selected to play in are local with minimal travel.  Travel request at this age group is rare, but not out of the question - we work with our parents and do what they want to do. Tournaments will typically have a tournament champion and runner-up.  This is the one time during the seasonal year this age group plays games and standings are kept. 

After you register for the Academy ID Camp, we will add your profile to TEAMSNAP, this is our communication system.  TeamSnap provides you your training/tryout schedule, and will map you to our training facility and more.  TeamSnap will also provide REGISTERED PLAYERS their official training schedule, game schedule and tournament schedule.
